About Us
The Pizza Biz
Yummy Sourdough Pizza is a small, family-run business based in Kenton, Tennessee, built by Tiffany and Robert alongside their three kids — Nicolas (13), Lexi (10), and Trebor (8).
While Tiffany is the baker behind the sourdough and bakery items, Robert is the one assembling the pizzas at events. He also handles much of the business side of things and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our kids are homeschooled, which means we’re together a lot — learning, working, and building this business as a family. They help with all kinds of things, from talking with customers to counting money, and they’re learning confidence, responsibility, and what it looks like to build something meaningful together.

How It All Started...
Yummy began in the most unexpected way — with homemade sourdough bread.
Tiffany started baking sourdough at home because she wanted to feed our family better food made with real ingredients. We were tired of the preservatives, food dyes, and additives that seem to show up in so many store-bought foods.
Before long, sourdough bread turned into sourdough pizza… and our family was hooked.
We were making pizza at home two or three times a week because we loved it so much.
Then one day Robert and Lexi were sitting at the table eating leftover pizza from the night before. Robert took a bite and was amazed at how good it still was.
He looked at Lexi and said,
“Wow… Mama should make these and sell them.”
When Tiffany first heard that idea, she thought he was crazy.
But the idea grew...
We decided to try our first event in September 2024 at the Medina Farmers’ Market.
We barely slept the night before, wondering if we had thought of everything.
We showed up with way too many pizzas and cooked them in… toaster ovens.
It was a bit of a disaster.
The pizzas took forever to cook, and the ovens didn’t have nearly enough power.
Thankfully the event was slow, which gave us time to figure things out.
But even with all of that…
People loved the pizza!
That’s when we realized we might be onto something special.
We learned quickly, improved fast, and before long we had leveled up our setup and started serving our pizzas the way they deserved.

What makes our pizza different...
Our pizzas are built on slow-fermented sourdough crust, made with real ingredients and no preservatives. That means our food behaves like real food should.
Bread eventually gets stale.
Pizza dough ferments naturally.
And the flavor that develops through that slow fermentation is something you just can’t rush.
When people try our pizza for the first time, the reaction we hear most often is simply:
“Wow… that’s incredible.”
We hear it all the time — and it never gets old.
Faith at the Center
For us, Yummy isn’t just about pizza. It’s about family, faith, and serving our community well. Guided by our faith in God, we care deeply about what goes into everything we make and how we treat the people we serve.
We hope Yummy is a blessing your family can enjoy together.

Most of all, we’re excited about the legacy we’re building for our kids and the opportunity to serve our community along the way.
